melted and cooled slightly

whole milk

vanilla extract

Instructions
Lightly spray the inside of a 10 to 12 ounce microwave-safe mug with coconut oil spray.
Use a fork to mix together the butter, milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste in the mug. Mix in the sugar.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir to combine.
Microwave on high until the cake is cooked, about 1 minute, 45 seconds.
If desired, top with sprinkles.
Cool for a couple minutes, and then serve.
