This Mug Brownie recipe is rich and gooey with deep chocolate flavor. It has everything a regular brownie has, but is much easier to make and comes together in minutes!
Lightly spray the inside of a 10 to 12 ounce microwave-safe mug with coconut oil spray.
Use a fork to stir together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, and salt in the mug.
Add the oil, milk, egg yolk, and vanilla, and stir to combine.
Microwave on high until the brownie is cooked, about 1 minute to 1 minute, 30 seconds. If you like gooey brownies, check it after 1 minute.
Serve while it’s still warm, with any toppings you like.
